WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 STATES VIA FEDEX GROUND OR UPS.  

ORDERS ARE SHIPPING IN 6-8 WEEKS AT THIS TIME. 

IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO ORDER AN IN-STOCK PRODUCT, ORDERS TYPICALLY SHIP WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS, BUT MAY INCREASE TO 10-14 DAYS DURING PEAK SEASON.  CUSTOM ORDERS PLEASE ADD 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ATTACHED TO THE ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED.  PLEASE CHECK OUR DELIVERY STATUS PAGE FOR ANY KNOWN DELAYS.

AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES CAN RANGE BETWEEN 5 AND 14 DAYS.  

AS WE SHIP UPS OR FEDEX WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO.

ORDERS CONTAINING DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE MAY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 48 HOURS TO PROCESS.

ANY CHANGES THAT THE CUSTOMER MAKES REGARDING SHIPPING ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CHANGING THE ADDRESS, PUTTING AN ORDER ON HOLD, OR UPDATING SHIPPING SETTINGS/PREFERENCES SURRENDER THE OPTION FOR REPLACEMENT ITEMS AND/OR REFUNDS IF ANY ISSUES OCCUR.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO ANY PARCEL SERVICE FAULT.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING AN ITEM OVER $75, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.

FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING, WICKED THUMB CANNOT PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTATION.

*WHERE FREE SHIPPING IS OFFERED, RESIDENTS OF AK, HI, AND CANADA DO NOT QUALIFY, PALLETIZED FREIGHT ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO FEES. ORDERS INCLUDING ONLY ACCESSORIES AND/OR PARTS WILL STILL HAVE SHIPPING FEES APPLIED.

PURCHASED BUT NOT SHIPPED

THERE ARE CERTAIN FEES WE INCUR AS PART OF AN ORDER THAT WE CANNOT RECOUP. AS SUCH, ALL CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO SHIPPING ARE SUBJECT TO A 5-10% PROCESSING FEE DEPENDING UPON THE STAGE OF THE ORDER. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE FEE PRIOR TO CANCELLATION.

 

EBIKE ORDERS:

  • NO RETURNS AFTER 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIVING

  • TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE BIKE MUST BE UNUSED, FREE FROM DIRT, DUST, OR ANY FRAGRANCES, AND IN THE SAME PACKAGING AND CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT

  • BOX MUST BE SEALED AND UNOPENED

  • UPS/ FEDEX DELIVERED BIKES - CUSTOMER PAYS $250 SHIPPING FEE ( THIS IS WITHHELD FROM REFUND )

  • SUBJECT TO UP TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE (THIS IS WITHHELD FROM REFUND)

  • NO RETURNS ON BIKES SHIPPED VIA A FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE

  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM BIKE ORDERS THAT HAVE ENTERED PRODUCTION

ACCESSORY/REPLACEMENT PART ORDERS:

  • NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING

  • TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, FREE FROM DIRT, DUST, OR ANY FRAGRANCES, AND IN THE SAME PACKAGING AND CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT

  • SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE

  • CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING BOTH WAYS

  • NO RETURNS, EXCEPT IN EXTREME CASES OF BREAKAGE/MALFUNCTION

BEFORE A RETURN IS SENT, THE CUSTOMER MUST HAVE WRITTEN APPROVAL OF SAID RETURN FROM WICKED THUMB. IF A CUSTOMER SENDS A RETURN WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF WICKED thumb, A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO GET THE ITEM RETURNED, OR, SACRIFICE THE ITEM.

 

IF YOUR APPROVED RETURN PASSES OUR INSPECTION, YOU MAY RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT, OR A REFUND. RETURN ADDRESS AND RMA NUMBER WILL BE GIVEN UPON APPROVAL OF RETURN REQUEST.

IF NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS ARE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM OUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM, THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY AND CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED. RESTOCKING FEES MAY APPLY TO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.
