WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 VIA UPS GROUND. FOR DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY IN ALASKA OR HAWAII PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER VIA PHONE OR EMAIL.(NOTE WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING SIDECAR BIKES TO HAWAII AT THIS TIME).  PLEASE VISIT CYCLECITYLTD.COM FOR STANDARD BIKES.

ORDERS PLACED THE WEEK OF MARCH 25th.

IN STOCK ORDERS ARE SHIPPING IN 5-7 DAYS AT THIS TIME.  CUSTOM BIKES SHIP IN 10-14 DAYS.  ALL BLACK SIDECARS 5-7 DAYS.

A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ATTACHED TO THE ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED.  PLEASE CHECK OUR DELIVERY STATUS PAGE FOR ANY KNOWN DELAYS.

AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, DELIVERY TIME FRAMES CAN RANGE BETWEEN 5 AND 14 DAYS.  

AS WE SHIP UPS OR FEDEX WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO.

ORDERS CONTAINING DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE MAY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 48 HOURS TO PROCESS.

ANY CHANGES THAT THE CUSTOMER MAKES REGARDING SHIPPING ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CHANGING THE ADDRESS, PUTTING AN ORDER ON HOLD, OR UPDATING SHIPPING SETTINGS/PREFERENCES SURRENDER THE OPTION FOR REPLACEMENT ITEMS AND/OR REFUNDS IF ANY ISSUES OCCUR.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE ARE NOW SHIPPING CLASS 1 BIKES TO CANADA.  YOU MAY NEED TO EMAIL OR CALL YOUR ORDER IN FOR US TO CALCULATE SHIPPING AS OUR QUOTE SYSTEM MAY NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR ADDRESS.  FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE CANADA ORDERS.  YOU WILL NEED TO SETTLE ANY TAX AND DUTIES WITH UPS PRIOR TO DELIVERY.

 

RETURNS

PURCHASED BUT NOT SHIPPED

THERE ARE CERTAIN FEES WE INCUR AS PART OF AN ORDER THAT WE CANNOT RECOUP. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3% CANCELLATION FEE. UNSHIPPED ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCK FEE OF 10%. 

CUSTOM BIKE ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK FEE ONCE THE WORK ORDER IS STARTED. 

PURCHASED AND SHIPPED

EBIKE ORDERS:

  • NO RETURNS AFTER 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIVING

  • TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE BIKE MUST BE UNOPENED, UNUSED, FREE FROM DIRT, DUST, OR ANY FRAGRANCES, AND IN THE SAME PACKAGING AND CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT

  • BOX MUST BE SEALED AND UNOPENED

  • UPS/ FEDEX DELIVERED BIKES - CUSTOMER PAYS $250 SHIPPING FEE ( THIS IS WITHHELD FROM REFUND )

  • 20% RESTOCKING FEE (THIS IS WITHHELD FROM REFUND)

  • ANY DAMAGED PARTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND AMOUNT
  • NO RETURNS ON BIKES SHIPPED VIA A FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE

  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM BIKE ORDERS THAT HAVE ENTERED PRODUCTION.  THIS INCLUDES ALL APE HANGER BIKES.

  • CHRISTMAS PURCHASES MUST BE RETURNED BY 1/2 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND

ACCESSORY/REPLACEMENT PART ORDERS:

  • NO RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING

  • TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, FREE FROM DIRT, DUST, OR ANY FRAGRANCES, AND IN THE SAME PACKAGING AND CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT

BEFORE A RETURN IS SENT, THE CUSTOMER MUST HAVE WRITTEN APPROVAL OF SAID RETURN FROM WICKED THUMB. IF A CUSTOMER SENDS A RETURN WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF WICKED THUMB, A REFUND MAY NOT BE ISSUED AND THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO GET THE ITEM RETURNED, OR, SACRIFICE THE ITEM.

IF YOUR APPROVED RETURN PASSES OUR INSPECTION, YOU MAY RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT, OR A REFUND. RETURN ADDRESS AND RMA NUMBER WILL BE GIVEN UPON APPROVAL OF RETURN REQUEST.
