The maximum top safe speed for a sidecar is 12mph. Helmets and eyewear are strongly recommended.

The BLVD ST is a Street-Legal Electric Bike ( e-bike ) with Vintage American V-Twin Motorcycle Inspiration. It does not require a license, registration or insurance to ride. With it's trademark aluminum frame and battery 'tank', the Destroyer quickly reaches a top speed of 28mph via pedal assist and/or throttle. Unlock off-road track mode for top speeds up to 34mph.
